Every plan starts with a free trial — 3 days on monthly, 7 days on annual. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never charged at all.
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you were charged and you meant to cancel, email ssnaprigo@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund it. No explanation needed.
After 14 days, or for a period you have used, we look at requests individually. If the app was broken or did not work as described, we will refund you.
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of being charged, email us and we will refund it in full. After 30 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the year.
