These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of snaprigo, operated by Emin Akpolat (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in New Jersey, United States.
By creating an account or using snaprigo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
snaprigo is a web application that lets you scan a photo of your fridge to identify ingredients, receive recipe suggestions, build weekly meal plans, generate grocery lists, and track estimated food spending and savings.
snaprigo provides suggestions, not professional advice. Recipes, nutritional characteristics, cost estimates, and food-freshness indicators are approximations generated from general data and image recognition. They are not dietary, nutritional, medical, or food-safety advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use snaprigo. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.

Billing. snaprigo offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by Whop; by subscribing you also agree to Whop’s terms. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. Your payment method will be charged automatically at renewal.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
Refunds. Refund requests can be sent to ssnaprigo@gmail.com. We review requests individually and are not obligated to grant a refund except where required by applicable law.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we’ll give you notice before the change affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the photos you submit and the information you enter.
By using the scan feature, you grant us a limited license to transmit your photo to our image-processing provider (Anthropic) for the purpose of identifying ingredients and returning results to you. This license exists only to operate that feature. See our Privacy Policy for details on how photos are handled.
You confirm you have the right to submit any photo you upload.
snaprigo, including its design, code, branding, recipe database, and other content, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
We aim to keep snaprigo available and working, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
We rely on third-party providers (Supabase, Whop, Anthropic, Vercel, Google). Interruptions in their services may affect snaprigo, and we’re not responsible for their outages.
snaprigo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Specifically, we make no guarantees that:
Use your own judgment about food safety. Never rely on snaprigo to determine whether food is safe to eat. If food looks, smells, or seems spoiled, discard it regardless of what the app says.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of snaprigo.
Our total liability for any claim relating to snaprigo will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emin Akpolat from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of snaprigo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using snaprigo and delete your account at any time by contacting ssnaprigo@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we terminate your account without cause while you have an active paid subscription, we’ll refund the unused portion of that period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date, and significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
